EC Fresh Terms & Conditions: The Fun Fine Print!
General Stuff:
Relax, you’re in good hands! Just pick the perfect gift, and we’ll do the rest—cue the happy tears and big smiles.
•Prices are already VAT-free because we’re not VAT registered (yet—watch this space!).
•Delivery fees will pop up at checkout, just like that extra item you didn’t plan on buying.
•Prices can change faster than a chameleon on a disco floor—valid while stocks last!
•Our florists and hamper teams handpick the freshest flowers and goodies, but nature likes to keep us on our toes, so your gift might look slightly different from the pictures.
•Props (like fancy glassware and wooden trays) in photos are for display only—they don’t tag along with your order. Want to double-check what’s included? Read the product description or hit us up at ecfresh22@gmail.com.
•In rare cases, we might swap out an item without telling you (unless it’s a big change). But don’t worry—it’ll always be of equal or greater value and match the vibe of your order.
•If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 24 hours by emailing ecfresh22@gmail.com (no WhatsApps or calls, please—we like to keep things organized). We’ll swap it or refund you, no problem!


Delivery Deets:
We’d love to promise exact times, but life’s unpredictable—your order will arrive sometime between 9 AM and 4 PM (Mon-Fri) and 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays. No Sunday deliveries unless we’ve made a special arrangement via email (extra charges apply).
•Same-day delivery? We aim for same day delivery, but we are a small town, and stock is not always available. However if you order before 12 PM, and we have the stock, we are on like donkey kong, and your order will be delivered in the afternoon. Orders after 12 PM roll over to the next day, again depending on if stock is available.
•The Ideal order lead time in our perfect little town is 2 working days. That way we can ensure that no-one will be unhappy.
•If the recipient isn’t around, we’ll try security, reception, or a friendly neighbour. If we need to attempt delivery again, there’ll be an extra charge. Or your recipient will need to collect from our cute little shop at Pepper Grove Mall, Makhanda / Grahamtown. Just google us.
•Delivery fees start at R80 and may change (especially if fuel prices decide to skyrocket). We deliver within a 5km radius of Pepper Grove Mall, Makhanda / Grahamstown.
Payment & Refunds:
•Payments via direct deposit need proof of payment before we release your order.
•Refunds take 3-5 working days to process—sometimes a little longer depending on banks.
•If you paid, the refund goes back to your account, not the recipient’s (even if they have puppy eyes).
•We might ask for ID verification and proof of bank account details for security reasons—better safe than sorry!


Personalised Gifts:
•Double-check your spelling! If the mistake is on your end, we can fix it for a 50% reproduction fee.
•If personalisation has already started, we can’t cancel the order, but we’ll help make it right.
•Only certain elements (like names, dates, and messages) can be personalised—no wild requests, sorry!


The Bakery:
•Everything is baked fresh, so no last-minute cancellations—changes must be made 72 hours before delivery.
•If your baked treat isn’t perfect, let us know within 12 hours (because, well, it’s edible and won’t last forever).
•Personalised bakery orders follow the same rules as our other personalised gifts.
Alcohol (Because Grown-ups Deserve Gifts Too!):
•We only sell and deliver alcohol to customers 18 and over—our drivers may ask for ID.
•Please check your delivery before accepting it—once it’s opened, it’s yours.


Coupons & Vouchers:
•They have expiry dates—don’t let a good deal slip away!
•Misused vouchers = cancelled orders. Play fair, folks!


Social Media:
•We love engagement, but we’ll remove any rude or inappropriate comments. Be kind!
•Winners of competitions are chosen fairly—no funny business.

•EC Fresh (Oak Ridge Trading 131CC) is based at Pepper Grove Mall, Makhanda / Grahamstown, South Africa.
•All content (logos, images, text, etc.) belongs to EC Fresh—no stealing, please!
•These T&Cs are governed by South African law.
